By accessing or using the Site in any way — including browsing, downloading content, submitting an inquiry, or contacting us through a form — you confirm that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may view and download content from the Site only for your own internal business or personal reference. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Submissions to Mull Group
If you submit drawings, prints, project descriptions, photographs, specifications, or other materials to us through the Site or via email (“Submissions”), the following applies:
- You represent that you have the right to share the Submissions with us, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or confidentiality obligations.
- You retain ownership of the intellectual property in your Submissions.
- You grant Mull Group a limited, non-exclusive license to review, store, and use the Submissions internally for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, preparing a quote, or performing the work you have asked us to consider.
- If your Submissions contain confidential or proprietary information, please mark them clearly as confidential. Stronger protections (such as a non-disclosure agreement) should be put in place by separate written agreement before sharing highly sensitive technical information.
No Contract Formed by Site Use
Visiting the Site, submitting an inquiry, or receiving a response from us does not by itself create a binding contract for the purchase or sale of goods or services. Any contract between you and Mull Group will be formed only by a separate written agreement, signed quote, accepted purchase order, or other formal acknowledgment by an authorized Mull Group representative.
Quotes, estimates, capability statements, and other information provided through the Site or in response to a Site inquiry are for informational purposes only and are not offers that can be accepted to form a contract unless specifically identified as such in writing.
Accuracy of Information

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULL GROUP, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Severability and Waiver
